Our pattern maker has 25+ work experience in making hand patterns and we also have the facility of Auto cad pattern making depending upon the complexity of the style.

Being a very significant step in production, we make sure the garment is measured, quality checked and have a prefit as per the customers’ requirements.

This is done for defect rate, fabric construction, fabric weight, shrinkage, end to end or edge to edge shading, color, hand feel, length/width, print defect & appearance. It is done in a suitable and safe environment with enough lighting

We use advance computer software on customers demand to help the technicians create the optimum fabric layout and the cutting is done using fully manual with hand-operated scissor and manually operated straight knife. This is followed by bundling and ticketing.

Our experienced sewing workers can finely sew up the garment with various types of advanced sewing machines such as Juki and Fecen single needle lock stitch, flat lock with compressor etc. After the garments are assembled , they will be transferred to the finishing department. We have a 3 EYE LEVEL quality check that is each garment goes through 3 level of quality check

After quality control all the garments are transferred to the ironing section for pressing for final pressing to enhance the appearance of the garment which are then packed as per the customers requirement.
